This layout is a menu accessing procedures designed to allow the art teacher to enter scores for specific audition tests given to art students. For the data entry procedure, please refer to Step 10 on the Visions Screening Process Steps help page.

There is a score slot for each reviewer for each of the categories. The gray values to the far right of each triple field indicates the scoring range. Half points may be used: e.g. 2.5. Students are put into the found set on the basis of the grade testing level and on the basis of their previous testing status (nominated or passed previous testing phase). Use the yellow navigation buttons to access each of the student record so selected.

Navigating thru the triple fields may be accomplished using the Tab key to go forward and the Shift-Tab keys to go backward.
