This layout allows you to edit (but not delete) data for only the teacher (or administrator) selected in the teacher field on the main menu. Furthermore, the teacher field may not be accessed on this layout to change the value. The only field values, therefore, that may be changed are the full name, initials and signature.

To perform full edit functions on the teacher file, such as adding new teachers or deleting unreferenced ones, you must first clear the teacher field on the main menu, and then access the file with the same button that took you to the single record edit layout.
